About Gigbanc
Our Story
At Gigbanc, we're on a mission to empower digital talents, freelancers, creators and businesses across Africa. We understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by freelancers, entrepreneurs, managers, and visionaries in and out of the continent. Our story begins with a simple idea - to provide a seamless path to global financial access and freedom.
Mission and Vision
Our journey is rooted in the belief that talent knows no boundaries, and your dreams shouldn't either. We are on a mission to empower Africa’s youth to gain economic prosperity and build financial health through digitally-enabled employment. Our unyielding vision is a one-stop-shop financial platform, purpose-built to support African freelancers, creators and businesses at every step of their career lifecycle. We believe in the transformative power of the digital gig economy to power young Africans across the continent. If a young African can get access to a computer, electricity, and internet access, then they can upskill themselves and begin exporting their talents across the globe, thereby reducing the harmful brain drain from our continent.
